What we charge - Our terms

Our charges are carefully tailored to suit the individual circumstance. Every assignment we take on is subject to a specific agreement that reflects the scale of the project.


Naturally the costs will vary in detail but the general principles are:

Fees are calculated as a percentage of the total remuneration package.

This fee is split into three parts:
        1. A retainer
        2. An interim fee
        3. A placement fee



For Market Landscaping and advice on Talent Strategy, remuneration packages and candidate availability in given markets etc:

Charges are per diem

Out of pocket expenses are charged as appropriate in agreement with the client

Discrimination Policy

We work to ensure that no job applicant receives less favourable treatment on the grounds of race, colour, nationality, religion, ethnic or national origins, age, gender, marital status, sexual orientation or disability.

Selection criteria and procedures are regularly reviewed to ensure that individuals are considered on the basis of their merits and abilities. We implement a programme of action to make this policy effective.
